Based out of West Warwick, RI; RCT Networks was designed to be a source of culinary inspiration for everyone. Offering services from recipe development, to menu design (expansion or simplification), ingredient rationalization, to streamlining production and kitchen redesign.
Additionally, public education classes taught in libraries and with small groups throughout New England. A fully qualified ServSafe Food Handler instructor and proctor program, which can be brought to your location for training.

Operational issues can begin even before product gets through your doors. Understanding your supply chain, both in to and out of your operation are essential.

I leave the timeframe across my time as a Corporate Chef, because there is a significant amount of logistics and supply chain concern in product development. Why create something when you can’t get the ingredients?!

From driving the truck, to placing the orders, and everything in between. He’s done it. He’s had it break down. He’s figured out how to make it work anyway.


The start of every great culinary story is in the nitty-gritty of how the operations run.

Line cooks are responsible for cooking and assembling dishes to order, working closely with the chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the restaurant's standards and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Prep cooks play a crucial role in meal preparation; responsible for cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients, and ensuring that everything is ready for the line cooks to use. This requires a high level of attention to detail and organization, as well as the ability to work efficiently and quickly.

The dishwasher’s primary responsibility is to keep the kitchen clean and organized. Maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen staff, and ensuring that they have the tools they need to prepare meals.
